This should start from the grassroot level, i.e. one’s home. Once gender equality gets ingrained in ones blood, maintaining the same at other places, like workplace won’t be that hard.
It can be said that through women empowerment, even a woman can have a significant role to transform the society and the economy. With societies slowly accepting woman empowerment, it’s time to celebrate it through some women’s day offer.
